The team at Sarah Mason Professional had an amazing time at the Galway Fashion Week. The Fashion Innovation Awards is run by Golden Egg Productions, and is a fantastic event to attend. Our team had the privellege to work behind the scenes with Eddie Shanahan who is a man of many talents in the Irish Fashion Industry.
Working with many different Irish Designers that were showcasing their work, and some of Ireland's top models. We had to keep the hair brief clean and simple, designing chic, clean, shiny, chignons on each model for the runway.
Choosing to use top hair brand Sassoon Professional to ensure weightless hair for our look. This brand have beautiful serums and oils that create an amazing shine and hairsprays that aren't too heavy but enough to give the perfect hold. This is important as for stage work, you like to see hair that doesn't look overdone with too much product.
On the night our team attended the Fashion Innovation Awards, where there was over forty Irish designers showcasing their work. It was a mind-blowing experience to see the unbelieveable talent in the Irish fashion industry exploding onto the runway. It's been very special for the whole team at Sarah Mason Professional to work closely with Patricia McCrossan and her team at Golden Egg Productions & Galway Now Magazine.
