Rising Star Rachel O'Neill

It has been an eventful year for our Rachel O'Neill !! During the pandemic Rachel put all her energy into a lot of Digital and hands on education both here in the salon and directly with Wella Professionals online and on site in the studio in Dublin . The rising star is very keen to keep moving up the ladder and is certainly one to watch . During December i felt it was time to make it official and qualify her as a stylist as she has worked so hard and was ready for the next level of her career  . While she is building an incredible client base she will enjoy advanced elements of our industry next year when she becomes a specialist is certain areas of her creativity. ....... watch this space !!!
